MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT Unveiled As 130 Unit Limited Edition - Brutale Goes Bonkers
Italian superbike manufacturer MV Agusta has unveiled the Brutale 1000 ABT, a limited-edition super naked developed in collaboration with German performance engineering firm ABT Sportsline. Production is capped at 130 individually numbered units worldwide, commemorating ABT Sportsline's 130th anniversary, with manufacturing set to begin in Q4 2026.
Each MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT is priced at €40,990 andn ships with a dedicated ownership kit comprising an Arrow Titanium slip-on exhaust with ECU map, Braking Batfly front discs, painted carbon pillion seat cover, swingarm pivot adjustment plates, a bike cover, welcome kit, and a certificate of authenticity. Both the exhaust and discs are rated for racing use only.

MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT - Engine & Performance
At the core of the Brutale 1000 ABT sits MV Agusta's 1000cc inline four-cylinder engine, updated to Euro 5+ compliance. In standard form, it produces 201 hp at 13,500 rpm and 116 Nm at 11,000 rpm. With the Arrow Titanium four-exit slip-on and dedicated ECU map from the racing kit, output rises to 208 hp at 14,000 rpm.
MV Agusta has revised the camshafts, engine mapping, throttle sensitivity, gearbox ratios, and final drive ratio to sharpen acceleration response across the rev range of the Brutale 1000 ABT.

MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT - Suspension & Braking
The Brutale 1000 ABT runs a full Öhlins electronically controlled suspension package. Up front is a Nix EC upside-down hydraulic fork with TiN surface treatment; the rear uses an EC TTX progressive shock absorber. An EC steering damper with electronic manual and automatic adjustment modes completes the setup.
Forged wheels at both ends reduce unsprung mass and sharpen steering response. The carbon rear wheel rim cover, inspired by turbofan-style racing wheel architecture, actively reduces aerodynamic turbulence around the rear wheel and improves drag coefficient.

Brembo Stylema monobloc calipers handle front braking, paired with 320 mm Braking Batfly front discs from the racing kit. The discs use a contoured channel geometry engineered for sustained heat dissipation and continuous self-cleaning under hard use.
MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT - Design, Carbon Fibre & More
The livery of the MV Agusta Brutale 1000 ABT pairs Nero Carbonio Metallizzato with Rosso Fuoco, applied via water decal technology and sealed beneath a clear coat for a zero-profile, UV-resistant finish. One flank carries the German flag alongside ABT's "From The Racetrack To The Road" branding; the other displays the Italian flag with MV Agusta's "Motorcycle Art" identity.

Nineteen components use plain-weave carbon fibre, covering the airbox cover, fuel tank side panels, inner air ducts, front mudguard supports, projector covers, front spoiler, heat shields, engine covers, rear wheel rim cover, and rear belly fairing panel. The bespoke Alcantara seat features a honeycomb quilting pattern over a 5 mm foam-backed layer.
