Second World War Era Jeeps Rolled Out In Vantage Jeep Rally

Majority of the participating jeeps belonged to the World War II era, with the oldest Jeep participating was Ford of 1942 model.
Organised by Rajputana Jeep Club it was the second time the 'Ford and Willy's Jeep Rally' was organised. The rally saw a participation of 35 jeeps from various parts of the country.
The event was aimed to maintain the passion for old jeeps so that the heritage can be carried forward for all times to come.
Jeep owners who took part in the rally mentioned that it was an extremely tough task to maintain these vehicles, as their spare parts are not easily available in the market. It takes almost the entire year to prepare the car for the rally.
If any part of the car stops working then, the owner has a tough time fixing it.
