Fresh Bookings For Fortuner From Toyota

The dawn of the new year has embarked a fresh fragrance from Toyota which has resumed the bookings for its Fortuner. The booking had been kept in abeyance since July 2010 a month prior to the launch in August.

Since then the company has sold 15000 units by accruing 57 percent of the market share in its segment. Sensing the increasing demand for this vehicle Toyota has hiked the production to 950 units a month from the earlier 500 units. The company claims this increase as the indication of the confidence and recognition for the vehicle for the factors which are conspicuous- powerful engine, stylish exteriors, priced competitively, whole 4Wheel drive-.

All these factors contributed the vehicle to be rated as the popular among the available SUVs in the country. The vehicle has become the darling and the ideal for all sectors of customers- corporate officials, personalized utility and business shots. Toyota is facing the production constraint which has made a backlog of 3000 units which can be settled before the end of this FY, it is expected. The company saluted the feedback from the customers for showering the booster for the vehicle amidst a long waiting for the delivery. Simultaneously Toyota assured its best in offering the service to the valuable customers.
