Bloomberg TV-Autocar Car Of The Year Awards 2014 - Ford EcoSport
Ford EcoSport compact SUV may have missed being named the Indian Car of the Year 2014 - a title that went to Hyundai Grand i10 - but it has made a definative comeback. Arguably, this year's most publicised car, the EcoSport has been named by Car of the Year by Bloomberg TV-Autocar.

In an event held on December 20 in Mumbai, Ford EcoSport went on to win three more awards, that of best SUV, viewer's choice and best value for money awards. In addition, the multi international award winning 1.0 liter engine, found in the EcoSport, added yet another title to its bag, by being named the Indian engine of the year.
All in all, 24 winners from various categories were awarded titles. The winners of the Bloomberg TV-Autocar awards were selected by an esteemed panel of internationally recognised jury consisting of eight members. A total of 15 cars and three bikes were evaluated and judged on various parameters before the winners were announced.
