Mercedes-Benz E-Class Gets Glowing Star Logo

A glowing ‘three pointed stars' logo is one thing Mercedes Benz owners have always looked forward to, but no official accessory was available from Mercedes, until now. The automaker has announced, the new E-Class model will get an optional upgrade that will add a glowing Merc logo on the front grille.

The glowing three pointed star logo accessory will only be available for models which have the logo on the front grille. The logo will light up whenever the car is locked and unlocked remotely and when the doors or the boot is opened. Expect the electronics to be hacked soon, which would keep the lights on throughout.

The glowing logo is a part of Mercedes Benz's new styling and multimedia package, which also includes in total, 140 upgrades. Check out some of the other cool upgrades in the image gallery below.
