The new small car by Tata Motors will be positioned between its most affordable car the Nano and its Indica hatchback. The KITE by the Indian manufacturer will sport the same Nano design language, many believe it will be based on the Nexon concept showcased in New Delhi.

Tata Motors will produce the the KITE at its facility in Sanand, Gujarat. The small car will be ready not before 2015 by the Indian manufacturer. The facility currently has a capacity of 2,50,000 vehicles per year out of which, 1,50,000 vehicle production will be allotted to the KITE.
The new products will be launched in the coming future by Tata Motors and will play a significant role in the revival of the brand. They have currently been witnessing a drop in sales compared to the previous year. The KITE is expected to boost the sales numbers of Tata Motors once again.
