Setco Automotive Promote Udit Sheth As Joint MD
Setco Automotive, the flagship company of The Setco Group has announced that Udit Sheth has been promoted from Executive Director to the company's joint Managing Director.
This announcement was made during a Board of Directors meeting, and Sheth will take up his new role, effective immediately.
Setco manufactures clutches for medium and heavy commercial vehicles in India. The company claims to be among the top 3 spots in terms of volume.
The company caters to almost 85 percent of MHCV Clutch demand in India and also supplies to a few of India's leading commercial vehicle manufacturers.
Udit Sheth joined Setco Automotive as the company's Executive Director in 2002, when the company used to generate an annual turnover of INR 10 crore. With Sheth's strategic initiatives over the years, the company now makes an annual turnover of around INR 500 crore.
