Mahindra TUV300 Plus Specifications Leaked Ahead Of Launch

The TUV300 Plus measures 4,398mm in length, 1,815 mm in width and 1,837 mm in height. The stretched version of the utility vehicle is 403mm longer than the regular variant of the TUV300, whereas the wheelbase remains the same at 2,680 mm. But strangely, the TUV300 Plus is narrower by 20mm and lower by 2mm, and the kerb weight stands at 2,430kg.

The TUV300 Plus draws power from a 2.2-litre mHawk 120 diesel engine producing 118.35bhp and likely to deliver a maximum torque of 280Nm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox. Mahindra might also offer an AMT or an automatic gearbox.

The Mahindra TUV300 Plus will be offered in a nine-seater configuration and will be launched in 2018. In fact, Mahindra has already commenced delivering the long-wheelbase variant of the TUV300 to selected customers.

The Mahindra TUV300 Plus P4 variant has been already delivered to a customer in Tamil Nadu, and the stretched version of the utility vehicle carries a price tag of Rs 9.46 lakh ex-showroom. The P4 trim of the TUV300 Plus is a nine-seater model.

Now, the automaker is all set to create a new benchmark in the UV segment with the TUV300 Plus, which will offer a massive cabin space with a nine-seater layout.
