Last week Mercedes-Benz released the first teaser image of the next-generation CLS revealing just the silhouette of the front profile. Now, the carmaker has released a new teaser video of the new CLS.

The new teaser video gives us more details of the car's exterior features along with the vehicle's redesigned curves and swooping lines. The 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLS features a new diamond grille with a thick silver slat at the centre and larger three-pointed star logo.

The grille is flanked by boomerang-shaped LED daytime running lights. Also seen are new ORVMs with integrated turn signal lights, a blacked-out B-pillar, chrome door handles, stylish twin spoke alloy wheels and LED taillamps. The teaser video also reveals the car with more massive front and rear overhangs.

Inside the next-gen Mercedes-Benz CLS, the car gets light beige interior and the rear seat come with three headrests. Also, going by the previous teasers, the dashboard of the new CLS features the brand's Widescreen Cockpit.
The 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLS will be powered by new inline-six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, along with a four-cylinder turbocharged engine for the base models. The car will debut at the 2017 LA Auto Show.
