Bugatti Chiron Profilee Revealed As Final Version Of W16 Hypercar

French hypercar manufacturer Bugatti has revealed the last variant of the Chiron in the form of the one-off Profilee. The Bugatti Chiron Profilee will be auctioned off on the 1st of February, 2023 with some of the proceeds going towards charity.
The Chiron Profilee was created to satisfy the needs of Bugatti customers looking for a slightly less bonkers-looking version of the Chiron Pur Sport, the track-focused version of the W16 hypercar.

However, by the time the designers and engineers were done creating the Profilee, heavy demand for the Pur Sport meant that all the 500 available build slots for the Chiron had been accounted for.
Rather than ditch the project, Bugatti continued forward with homologation work for the Profilee with the lone pre-production model being adapted to production spec.

And what a spec it is, the Chiron Profilee is powered by Bugatti's famous quad-turbo 8.0-litre W16 engine that produces 1,478bhp and 1,600Nm of peak torque allowing this one-off hypercar to sprint from 0-100km/h in just 2.3 seconds and onward to a top speed of 380km/h which is 30km/h faster than that of the Pur Sport.
The Profilee takes its name from the Bugatti Type 46 Profilee streamliner from 1931. The new Chiron Profilee when compared to the Pur Sport features a larger horseshoe-style grille along with wider air inlets and a revised front splitter.

The Profilee also ditches the track-focused hypercar's fixed rear wing for a more swooping tail section with an elegant flick that not only provides downforce but also helps evacuate hot air from the underside of the hypercar.
The one-off Profilee features a unique paint scheme dubbed Argent Atlantique by Bugatti and the lower sections of the hypercar are finished off in exposed carbon fibre with a Bleu Royal Carbon tint.
The Bugatti Chiron Profilee rides on a unique set of wheels that are finished in a shade known as Le Patron, created to match the carbon tint of the lower half of the body while the polished aluminium elements reflect the shape of the Bugatti horseshoe grille.
The Profilee is the first Bugatti to be fitted with a woven leather finish which has been applied to the dashboard, door panels and centre console of the hypercar. More than 2.5 kilometres of leather strips were used to create this unique interior. The comfort seats are finished in Gris Rafale and Deep Blue quilted leather and the dash features a black anodized frame inlay with the Profilee signature.
Thoughts About The Bugatti Chiron Profilee
The Profilee may just be the final version of the Bugatti Chiron to exit the firm's Molsheim atelier and will surely attract an array of bids from rich and famous car lovers when it goes up for auction at the Louvre in Paris on the 1st of February.
