Craziest Mahindra Bolero Mod In India – Engine Swap Details Will Knock You Out Cold

That being said, the Mahindra Bolero SUV is one of the most mod-friendly SUVs you can buy in India. Thanks to its timeless design elements, the Mahindra Bolero offers a good 'Canvas' for customisation enthusiasts.
Recently, a video shared by Modified Hub has gained a lot of traction on social media. This video showcases a modified Mahindra Bolero with one of the craziest engine swap mods.
While it is common practice in India to swap the Mahindra Bolero's engine with a Mahindra Scorpio or Tata 407 truck, this particular engine swap features an imported powertrain in the mix. In fact, this powertrain is something that would perfectly complement an American muscle car.
With that being said, it is easy to guess that this particular Mahindra Bolero SUV now features a V8 engine. Though the video does not reveal the details of this V8 engine, we expect this engine to belong to a Ford vehicle
In the video, the owner of the modified Mahindra Bolero opens the bonnet and we can see that the powertrain is naturally aspirated. Also, when fired up, this engine has a distinct exhaust note that is identical to V8 engines with a cross-plane crank.
That being said, from the outside, this modified Mahindra Bolero SUV looks very simple and does not give the slightest hint that there is a monstrous V8 engine lurking under the bonnet. However, the only giveaway is the twin exhausts that are placed on each side of the SUV.
Also, in the video, we can see that the owner of the modified Mahindra Bolero SUV has planned to do other modifications to the vehicle including bigger 33-inch tyres, upgraded suspension, and lift kit.

There are multiple examples of tastefully modified Mahindra Bolero SUVs in India. However, this particular modified Mahindra Bolero SUV is the craziest of the lot with its crazy V8 engine swap. Also, this modified Bolero is waiting for other mods as well, we could barely imagine what those could be.
