Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Dual Tone Launched At Rs 11.14 Lakh – Sports New Safety Features
Maruti Suzuki has launched the Ciaz dual tone sedan in India at Rs 11.14 lakh (Ex-Showroom, India) as part of celebrating the success of the sedan in the country.
Diving into details, Maruti Suzuki is now offering three new dual-tone colour options - Pearl Metallic Opulent Red with Black Roof, Pearl Metallic Grandeur Gray with Black roof and Dignity Brown with Black Roof.
In addition to that, the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz now comes with more than 20 safety features, which includes standard safety systems such as Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill Hold Assist, dual airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD braking system, ISOFIX Child seat anchoring point, and a few more safety features as well.
Speaking about the new dual-tone Maruti Suzuki Ciaz sedan, Mr Shashank Srivastava, Senior Executive Officer, Marketing & Sales, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said, "We are thrilled to introduce the new Ciaz, featuring three new dual-tone colour options and additional safety features. The Ciaz has been a beloved choice among our customers and has attained remarkable success, completing eight years in the market. With its new avatar, we aim to further strengthen our position in the premium mid-size sedan segment."
That being said, the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz dual-tone remains mechanically identical to the outgoing model and comes with a 1.5-litre, four-cylinder, naturally-aspirated petrol engine. This engine puts out a respectable 103bhp of peak power and 138Nm of peak torque. Furthermore, gearbox options continues to include a 5-speed manual transmission and a 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
In terms of features, the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz continues to come with features such as a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic LED headlamps, automatic climate control, cruise control, steering mounted controls, rear AC vents, electrically adjustable ORVMs and many more.
In terms of pricing, the newly launched Maruti Suzuki Ciaz dual-tone is priced at Rs 11.14 lakh (Ex-Showrom, India) for the manual variant, whereas the automatic variant of the sedan is priced at Rs 12.34 lakh (Ex-Showrom, India). Furthermore, interested customers can book the sedan at more than 440 NEXA showrooms across 285 Indian cities.
Thoughts About The New Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Dual Tone
With the launch of the new Maruti Suzuki Ciaz dual-tone, the Indo-Japanese automaker will be hoping to increase footfalls across all NEXA dealerships in India and increase overall sales from the resulting footfalls. That being said, the new colour options is likely to attract some potential buyers in the country.
