Historic Automotive Blueprints Revived In New London Exhibition By Alan Reullier

New artworks by award-winning artist Alan Reullier will be on display at the RBW showroom from 5 June. This special exhibition features salvaged engineering drawings from the early 1900s to the late 1970s. A VIP event is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 June 2024, from 6 pm at the RBW Showroom, 151-153 Park Road, London NW8 7HT.

British Motor Heritage Ltd. (BMH) has announced a unique collaboration with renowned artist Alan Reullier. He has also created a one-off artwork directly on the new bodyshell of a classic Mini.

This collection will be available for viewing at the RBW showroom in London starting 5 June. Enthusiasts and art lovers are invited to a VIP event on 12 June from 6 pm at the same venue. Guests will have the opportunity to meet Alan Reullier, along with the Managing Directors of British Motor Heritage and RBW Electric Cars.

The RBW showroom, located in the heart of London, opened last year and is an ideal place to discover RBW’s range of new, fully electric classics. Like Reullier’s artworks, these cars reimagine Britain’s motoring heritage for the modern era.

Each engineering blueprint offers an authentic glimpse into a vehicle’s development history, now overlaid with Reullier’s thought-provoking designs. The collection pays homage to the craftsmanship and ingenuity of the originals.

The blueprints included in the exhibition represent a tiny sample of around one million automotive diagrams salvaged by BMH when Rover Group was sold. Featured vehicles include:

Vehicle Year
Rover P5 Coupé 1963
Triumph TR6 1969
Series Land Rovers 1962, 1968, 1969
Rover SD1 1976
Minis 1966, 1976
Standard Motor Company components 1920s
