Hyundai Motor America Secures 2024 Great Place To Work Certification For Employee Satisfaction
Hyundai Motor America has once again been recognised as a Great Place To Work®, marking the second consecutive year of this achievement. This accolade is based on feedback from current employees about their experiences at Hyundai and its luxury brand, Genesis. This year, 76% of respondents rated it as a great workplace, reflecting a 3% increase from the previous year and surpassing the average U.S. company by 19 points.
The recognition by Great Place To Work underscores Hyundai's commitment to fostering a positive work environment. Employees highlighted the inclusive culture, benefits, and work-life balance as key factors that make Hyundai an excellent place to work. The certification is based entirely on employee feedback regarding their workplace experience.
