Mahindra XUV 3XO Launched At Rs 7.49 Lakhs - Level 2 ADAS & More Tech On Board
Indian SUV specialist Mahindra has launched the new XUV 3XO in India. Prices for the Mahindra XUV 3XO start at Rs 7.49 lakhs (ex-showroom). Bookings start on May 15 with deliveries set to start on the 26th of May.
The Mahindra XUV 3XO acts as the direct replacement for the outgoing XUV 3OO and is offered in 8 trim levels that range from the base MX1 Pro at Rs 7.49 lakh to the top-spec AX7 L variant that commands a price tag of Rs 15.49 lakh (all prices are ex-showroom).

In terms of the external design, the new Mahindra XUV 3XO sports a new front design compared to its predecessor. C-shaped LED DRLs flank the outer edges of the vertically stacked LED headlights.
The front lights flank a new blacked-out grille that sports the new Mahindra badge at its centre along with a mesh pattern that really helps it stand out from the crowd. The lower section of the front bumper features quite a gaping air intake.

Other highlights of the new Mahindra XIV 3XO include 17-inch alloy wheels, a shark-fin antenna, full width LED light bar connecting the LED taillights again with the C-shaped pattern, a new rear bumper, which looks to be wider than before and large XUV 3XO lettering under the Mahindra badge.
Inside, the new Mahindra XUV 3XO sports a dashboard that reminds you of the one on the XUV400 EV. The centre section of the dash is dominated by a free-standing 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment display that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and is connected to a Harmon Kardon sound system.

Other highlights of the XUV 3XO's cabin include a dual-tone colour scheme, digital driver's display, dual-zone climate control (with remote functionality), wireless charger, ambient lighting, 360-degree surround camera, leatherette seating upholstery, a panoramic sunroof and a new steering wheel.
Powering the new Mahindra 3XO are a choice of three engines - two petrol and one diesel. The two-petrol engines displace 1.2 litres and are turbocharged three-cylinder units. The base petrol puts out 109bhp and 200Nm while the more powerful unit churns out 129bhp and 230Nm.

The sole diesel on offer is a 1.5-litre powerplant pushing out 115bhp and 300Nm of peak torque. All the engines are offered with 6-speed manual or torque converter automatic transmission options.
The new Mahindra XUV 3XO comes packed with a host of safety features like 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, disc brakes on all four wheels, and ISOFIX child seat anchor points among others.

The new 3XO also gets the Level 2 ADAS systems seen on the flagship XUV 7OO with features like adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and lane keep assist and auto emergency braking among others.
