Mercedes-AMG has officially announced the launch of the AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet, set to make its debut in US dealerships in the latter half of 2024 as a model for the year 2025. This convertible is not just any vehicle; it's a testament to luxury and performance, powered by an AMG-enhanced 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine. This engine is not only turbocharged but also comes with an electric auxiliary compressor and a 48-volt mild hybrid system, delivering a robust 443 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. An intriguing feature is the overboost function, which momentarily increases torque to 443 lb-ft for ten seconds, paired with an AMG SPEEDSHIFT TCT 9G transmission and the AMG Performance 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive system for unparalleled driving dynamics.
