The new MINI Family represents the most significant investment in the brand's history since 1959. Over 14 months, MINI has unveiled a series of models, culminating in 11 new offerings for the U.S. by late 2025. This transformation marks a complete overhaul of MINI's product lineup.
Among the latest additions are the MINI Cooper 2-door and Cooper S 2-door models. These vehicles showcase a blend of classic design with modern features, including a fresh interior and exterior. Both models are equipped with a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine, providing distinct power outputs for each variant.

The MINI Cooper 2-door is powered by a 161-horsepower engine, achieving 0-60 mph in 7.4 seconds. In contrast, the Cooper S variant boasts a more robust engine with 201 horsepower, reaching 60 mph in just 6.3 seconds. Both models feature a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission for smooth gear shifts.
The new generation of MINIs emphasizes minimalism and sustainability in their design. The interiors incorporate knitted fabric and synthetic leather options, while an industry-first 9.4-inch OLED screen enhances technology integration within the vehicle.
Customers can choose from various customization options, including eight exterior colors for the Cooper S model and multiple roof color combinations. The Classic and Favoured style packages offer diverse personalization choices to reflect MINI's expressive brand identity.
The base MSRP for the MINI Cooper is $28,950 plus $995 destination fee, while the Cooper S starts at $32,200 plus $995 destination fee. These models are expected to be available in U.S. dealerships by January 2025.
MINI Convertible: Open-Air Driving Experience
The new MINI Convertible models continue the brand's tradition of open-top driving pleasure. The Convertible features a turbocharged engine producing up to 201 horsepower in the Cooper S variant, allowing it to accelerate from 0-60 mph in just 6.7 seconds.
A unique feature of these convertibles is their fully automatic soft top that opens in just 18 seconds at speeds up to 19 mph. The "Openometer" tracks how long drivers enjoy open-air driving, encouraging them to keep the top down whenever possible.
MINI Countryman: Versatility and Space
The all-new MINI Countryman S ALL4 offers increased interior space with flexible seating configurations for passengers and cargo. Its powerful turbo engine delivers up to 241 horsepower, ensuring dynamic performance on various terrains.
This model includes an advanced all-wheel-drive system for enhanced traction and safety across different road conditions. The Countryman's design features clear aesthetics with distinctive front grille shapes and LED headlamps.
Electrification with MINI Countryman SE ALL4
The electric version of the Countryman SE ALL4 showcases MINI's commitment to electrification with its intelligent all-wheel-drive system and extended driving assistance functions. It achieves an EPA range of up to 212 miles on a full charge.
This model is equipped with two electric motors generating a combined output of 308 horsepower, enabling it to reach 60 mph in just over five seconds while maintaining high efficiency ratings.
John Cooper Works Models: Performance Focused
The John Cooper Works (JCW) models continue their legacy of high-performance driving experiences with powerful engines producing up to 228 horsepower in both the JCW Coupe and Convertible variants.
These models feature specific suspension settings for agile handling along with advanced braking systems ensuring precise control even during demanding situations on or off-road adventures alike!
