All new models benefit from Porsche's updates for the 2025 model year. These include more power, longer range, faster acceleration, and improved charging stability. The enhancements are due to an advanced powertrain featuring a new rear-axle motor with up to 107 hp more than before. Other improvements include a modified pulse inverter and more powerful batteries.

The Taycan GTS is now available in two variants: a sports sedan and the Sport Turismo. It boasts up to 690 hp of overboost power using Launch Control—100 hp more than its predecessor. A push-to-pass function in the Sport Chrono package provides an additional boost of up to 93 hp for ten seconds at low speeds.

Distinctive Features of the Taycan GTS

The Taycan GTS accelerates from zero to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds—0.4 seconds quicker than previous models—and completes a quarter-mile run in only 11.1 seconds. It features a unique Electric Sport Sound profile similar to that found in the Taycan Turbo S.

Externally, the GTS is distinguished by Black or Anthracite Grey details on its exterior. It includes high-gloss black front and rear aprons and mirror bases. Inside, it features materials from the Taycan Turbo GT models like Race-Tex and smooth black leather.

Taycan GTS Interior and Chassis

Standard interior features include Adaptive Sports Seats Plus with electric adjustment and a GT multifunction sport steering wheel with mode switch. The chassis calibration specific to GTS models enhances its sporty character through adaptive air suspension combined with Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus.

For those seeking efficiency paired with practicality, Porsche offers the new Taycan 4 sports sedan variant equipped with all-wheel drive. This model mirrors the performance of the standard Taycan but adds dual motors for increased traction and stability.

Taycan 4 Performance Details

The Taycan 4 achieves an overboost output of up to 429 hp when using Launch Control depending on battery choice—either standard Performance or optional Performance Battery Plus. It accelerates from zero to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds—0.1 seconds faster than its rear-wheel-drive counterpart.

Externally equipped with extensive standard features such as Matrix Design LED headlights and black brake calipers on its aero wheels; internally fitted comfort seats offer eight-way electric adjustment alongside partial leather trim options available in Slate Grey or two-tone Black/Limestone Beige combinations.
