Tata Altroz Racer
The Tata Altroz Racer is the most affordable car in India offering ventilated seats. This model has garnered attention for its powerful petrol engine, borrowed from the Nexon. The top-of-the-line R3 variant of the Altroz Racer includes ventilated seats and is priced at Rs 13.09 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). It comes exclusively with a 6-speed manual transmission.
Tata Punch EV
Before the Altroz Racer, the Tata Punch.ev was the cheapest vehicle to offer ventilated seats. The Punch.ev is an electric version of the regular Punch but boasts a more luxurious design and platform. The Empowered Plus variant of the Punch.ev, which includes ventilated seats, is priced at Rs 13.97 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
Kia Sonet
The Kia Sonet is another compact SUV that offers ventilated seats and is known for its low maintenance costs. Updated in December 2023, the Sonet now includes features like Level-1 ADAS and front-ventilated seats.
The HTX variant with a 1.0-litre TGDi engine paired with a 7-speed DCT or a 1.5-litre diesel engine with iMT/AT combinations offers this feature. The turbo petrol HTX variant with a 7-speed DCT is the most affordable option at Rs 14.62 lakh (on-road, Mumbai).
Maruti Suzuki XL6
Maruti also offers ventilated seats in its premium 6-seater MPV, the XL6. This feature is not available in the regular Ertiga but is included in the sporty XL6's Alpha variant. Priced at Rs 15.48 lakh (on-road, Mumbai), various discounts can bring this price below Rs 15 lakh.
Tata Nexon
The Tata Nexon rounds out this list of SUVs with ventilated seats under Rs 15 lakh. The Nexon received a significant facelift in September 2023, adding new features including front-ventilated seats. The top-of-the-line Fearless Plus variant offers this feature and is priced at Rs 15.56 lakh (on-road, Mumbai). However, dealership-level discounts may reduce this price.
