1 of 1 Bugatti Brouillard Unveiled - The Ultimate Bespoke Hypercar?
Bugatti has unveiled the Brouillard, a unique vehicle created under its new Solitaire program, designed to cater to the bespoke desires of its most dedicated patrons. The Bugatti Brouillard is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, and features the firm's legendary W16 engine.
The Brouillard is crafted for a particularly selective buyer and takes its foundational architecture from the Mistral, an open-top variant limited to 99 units that celebrated the twilight of the W16 age. However, it sports a fully enclosed cockpit, replacing the Mistral's open-air experience. A notable feature of this closed design is the part-transparent roof, bisected by a central beam, which adds a distinctive element to the car's silhouette.

The vehicle's exterior boasts entirely bespoke panels, which contribute to a more robust aesthetic. This is evident in the enhanced rear sections and more pronounced wheel arches, alongside a deeply recessed door panel that lends the car an aggressive stance. At the back, instead of the Mistral's retractable wing, the Brouillard sports a static 'ducktail’ spoiler. Bugatti claims that this modification does not upset the aerodynamic equilibrium of the vehicle.
Despite these unique modifications, the Brouillard retains key elements of the brand's heritage, including the iconic horseshoe grille framed by milled aluminum, substantial engine air inlets, and the signature X-shaped tail lights, ensuring it remains recognizably a Bugatti.

The interior of the Brouillard has received equally meticulous attention, featuring bespoke additions such as green tartan upholstery from a prestigious Parisian textile house and accents of green-tinted carbon fiber. The sealed cabin allows for the integration of the Chiron's emblematic C-shaped illumination, enhancing the luxury atmosphere inside.
Delving into the finer details reveals equestrian motifs, including a gear selector adorned with a miniature silver horse's head, a nod to the vehicle's name which pays homage to a horse cherished by a founding member of the Bugatti family.

Housing the same 1,586bhp quad-turbocharged W16 powerhouse as its brethren, the Brouillard channels immense force through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox to all four wheels, ensuring performance that lives up to the Bugatti pedigree.
Considering the Mistral's price point is nearing £6m, the Brouillard's cost is presumed to be even higher, reflecting its unique status and the extensive customizations it embodies.
