Tamil Nadu Budget: Major Initiative To Convert Diesel Buses To CNG

The cost of converting a diesel bus to CNG ranges from INR 5.5 lakh to INR 6 lakh. Based on this estimate, over 1000 buses could undergo conversion with the allocated funds.
