German luxury carmaker BMW has launched the X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro in India at Rs 74.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro variant sits at the top of the petrol lineup and costs around Rs 2 lakh more than the xDrive 20 trim while being priced similarly to the diesel xDrive 20d.
Powering the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro is a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, producing 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque.

The engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels. BMW claims a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 6.3 seconds for the new X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro.
Visually, the new BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro variant receives several distinctive elements compared to lower trims. These include a blacked-out kidney grille with illumination, smoked lighting elements, red M Sport brake calipers and larger 20-inch alloy wheels.

Additional exterior highlights on the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro include adaptive LED headlamps with cornering function, the M Aerodynamic package, flush-fitting door handles and darkened rear light signatures. The SUV also features a gloss-black diffuser and roof spoiler, reinforcing its sport-oriented positioning.
Inside, the cabin adopts BMW's latest digital layout centred around the Curved Display, combining a 12.3-inch driver information screen and a 14.9-inch touchscreen. The X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro's interior uses premium materials, including Sensatec or Veganza upholstery, along with sport seats offering ventilation, lumbar support and adjustable backrest width.

Other feature highlights on the BMW X3 30 xDrive M Sport Pro include a panoramic glass roof, head-up display, three-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, powered sport seats with memory function and a 15-speaker Harman Kardon audio system. The SUV also supports connected services, wireless smartphone integration and advanced driver assistance functions.
Safety equipment comprises eight airbags, tyre pressure monitoring, electronic parking brake with auto hold, stability control and Level-2 ADAS features including Driving Assistant Plus, Parking Assistant Plus, Active Cruise Control (with Stop&Go Function), Lane Departure Warning, and Lane keep assistant.
The new variant expands the X3 portfolio in India, which already includes petrol and diesel options. The BMW X3 competes in the midsize luxury SUV segment against rivals such as the Mercedes-Benz GLC, Audi Q5 and Volvo XC60.
