Maruti Suzuki February 2026 Sales: Exports Surge By 56% As Domestic Stays Flat
Maruti Suzuki reported total sales of 2,13,995 units in February 2026, up from 1,99,400 units in February 2025. The increase was driven primarily by exports, while domestic passenger vehicle volumes remained largely unchanged year-on-year.
Domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 1,60,791 units in February 2026, compared to 1,60,272 units in February 2025, an increase of 519 units, or 0.32 per cent. Total domestic sales, including LCVs and sales to other OEMs, came in at 1,74,840 units, compared to 1,74,379 units last year.

Maruti supplied 10,710 units to other OEMs in February 2026, down from 10,878 units in February 2025. This represents a decline of 168 units, or 1.54 per cent year-on-year.
Exports rose sharply to 39,155 units in February 2026, compared to 25,021 units in February 2025. That is an increase of 14,134 units, translating to 56.5 per cent year-on-year growth.

Maruti Suzuki - Segment-Wise Domestic Sales (Feb 2026)
Maruti's Mini and Compact segments (Alto, S-Presso, Swift, WagonR, Celerio, Ignis, Baleno and Dzire) recorded 76,624 units in February 2026. In February 2025, the segment had reported 83,168 units. That marks a decline of 6,544 units, or 7.87 per cent year-on-year.
Utility Vehicles (Brezza, Ertiga, Fronx, Grand Vitara, Jimny, Invicto and XL6) posted 72,756 units in February 2026 compared to February 2025 when sales stood at 65,033 units. This represents a growth of 7,723 units, or 11.87 per cent year-on-year.
Eeco sales stood at 11,620 units, compared to 10,493 units in February 2025. This represents an increase of 1,127 units, or 10.74 per cent.
The Suzuki Super Carry light commercial vehicle accounted for 3,130 units last month, up from the 2,710 units in February last year. That is a rise of 420 units, or 15.49 per cent year-on-year.

For Maruti Suzuki, the April 2025 to February 2026 period saw:
• Domestic PV sales: 16,56,910 units (vs 16,10,024 units)
• Total domestic sales (incl. LCV & OEM): 17,96,728 units (vs 17,41,665 units)
• Exports: 4,00,734 units (vs 2,99,617 units)
• Total sales: 21,97,462 units (vs 20,41,282 units)
Exports have grown significantly year-to-date, while domestic growth has been moderate.
