Nissan Gravite Deliveries Begin in India – New Budget MPV With Premium Features
Nissan India has officially commenced deliveries of the all-new Nissan Gravite MPV across the country. The Gravite is a compact MPV derived from the Renault Triber platform and is offered with a petrol powertrain.
With this launch, the Gravite becomes the third model in Nissan's current India portfolio, strengthening the brand's presence in the affordable family-car segment while offering practicality, flexible seating, and value-focused features.

The Nissan Gravite is priced from ₹5.67 lakh (ex-showroom) and packs several segment-first and premium features, including a Dual Dash Cam, JBL Premium Sound System, Air Purifier, Wireless Charging, and signature design decals on the exterior.
Powertrain
Powering the Gravite is a 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 72 PS and 96 Nm of torque, paired with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed automatic transmission. It also comes with a 40-litre fuel tank, making it suitable for longer journeys.

Interiors
Inside, the MPV offers plush suede leatherette seats, a dual-tone dashboard with a wooden finish, tropicalised air-conditioning with three-row vents, best-in-class cabin space and legroom, along with multiple cooled storage compartments for added practicality.
Technology
On the technology front, the Gravite features a 20.32 cm floating touchscreen infotainment system, rain-sensing wipers, and a 17.78 cm fully digital instrument cluster with TPMS. It also gets signature LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, and crystal-edge LED tail lamps.
Safety is a key focus as well, with the Gravite offering over 30 standard active and passive safety features, including six airbags, ESC, TCS, ABS with EBD, hill-start assist, and front and rear parking sensors.

Upcoming Nissan Cars
The Nissan Gravite is available in 5-seater and 6-seater configurations and comes in Forest Green, Onyx Black, Blade Silver, Storm White, and Metallic Grey colour options. In terms of competition, the Gravite takes on models such as the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Maruti Suzuki XL6, Renault Triber, and Kia Carens in the Indian market.
Looking ahead, Nissan is also planning to introduce two more models in India - the Nissan Tekton and a new 7-seater SUV. These upcoming launches will play a key role in the brand's strategy to strengthen its presence and drive a resurgence in the Indian automotive market.
