Tata Punch EV Facelift: Smart Features That Make Everyday Driving Easier
The Tata Punch EV comes equipped with advanced technology and smart features designed to enhance everyday driving. These intelligent additions improve comfort, convenience and overall safety for both drivers and passengers. Here's a look at the top five smart features in the newly launched Tata Punch EV facelift.
Tata Punch EV Facelift: Smart Features
Smart Driving Assists
The Punch EV facelift features a segment-leading 360-degree camera system that monitors surroundings and helps drivers during parking or manoeuvring in tight spaces. The Blind View Monitor enhances safety by alerting the driver if another vehicle approaches from the side.
It also gets an i-High Beam Assist system that automatically switches from high beam to low beam when oncoming traffic is detected. A dedicated SOS button helps contact emergency services and share live location in case of an accident or emergency. Additionally, rain-sensing wipers automatically activate when water is sensed on the windscreen.

Smart Convenience Features
The EV also features a front boot (frunk), providing additional storage space for small luggage or daily essentials. The front DRLs not only enhance visibility but also function as charging indicators, allowing drivers to check the charging status.
The car also features regenerative braking technology, which helps recharge the battery during deceleration or braking. Paddle controls allow drivers to adjust regenerative braking levels from 1 to 3, helping them optimise energy recovery based on driving conditions. Cruise control enables relaxed driving at a set speed, which can help optimise efficiency and potentially improve battery range.

Smart Cockpit and Infotainment
The Tata Punch EV facelift features a twin 10.25-inch display setup, comprising a digital cockpit and infotainment system. It includes Google-powered navigation, Arcade.EV 2.0 app suite, and support for multiple voice assistants such as Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri.
The infotainment system is paired with a Harman-powered audio setup and supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It also offers USB Type-A and Type-C 65W fast charging ports at the front, along with a 15W Type-C charging port for rear passengers.

Smart Connectivity
The car also features Tata's ZConnect connected car technology, offering functions such as remote climate control, geo-fencing, and remote lock/unlock. Smartwatch connectivity feature allows users to monitor range, battery status, and vehicle locking functions.
Tata Punch EV Facelift Pricing
Tata Motors has priced the Punch EV facelift from ₹9.69 lakh (ex-showroom). It is offered with two battery pack options: 30 kWh and 40 kWh - delivering a maximum claimed range of up to 468 km.
