Tyre-Smoking Rolls-Royce Goes Drag Racing
The bespoke Rolls-Royce Ghost is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 engine churning out a massive 561bhp and 780Nm of peak torque.
The British brand's entry-level sedan is competent of some rather powerful performance despite its weight. But how about the big and luxurious sedan go drag racing.
One UAE owner of a customised gold Rolls-Royce Ghost decided to drag race to discover just how fast this behemoth is. The bespoke Rolls-Royce Ghost is powered by a twin-turbocharged 6.6-liter V12 engine churning out a massive 561bhp and 780Nm of peak torque.
The owner of the Rolls-Royce Ghost doesn't just do burnouts; the behemoth also achieves some impressive times, eventually charging home with a 12.98-second quarter mile at 177km/h.
Understandably, a 12-second quarter mile may not be all that exciting compared to similarly powerful supercars, but for an all-out luxury car like the Rolls-Royce Ghost with worldly ride comfort, it is something the owner should be impressed with.
Another luxury brand which competes with the Rolls-Royce is Bentley, below is an extensive photo gallery of the Bentayga SUV, click to view.
