Watch A 'Ghost' Motorcycle Freaking Out Motorists On A Highway
In a bizarre incident, a video of a “ghost motorbike” drifting along a Paris highway with no rider has caused much confusion among freaked out motorists.
In a bizarre incident, a video footage shows a riderless motorcycle driving in a straight line along a highway outside of Paris.
A driver who asked his friend to film the 'Ghost' riderless motorcycle, said, "On the video, we can clearly see the two-wheeled ... without a biker. A ghost."
However, the mystery has been solved; reports said that the motorbike was involved in an accident seconds before. The rider of the 'Ghost' motorbike, in his 20s, was knocked off his motorcycle and hurt his arm in the collision with another vehicle.
The report further states that the driver of the car picked up the rider and helped find his motorcycle; however, they were unable to trace the bike. The driver then rushed the motorbike rider to the hospital.
The biker, who suffered injury, got a call days later from police to say the so called 'Ghost' motorcycle had been recovered far from the reported crash site.
Cruiser motorcycle usually come with the 'cruise control' feature which allows the biker to cruise along the road without accelerating the bike. The motorcycle in this incident might have travelled on cruise control and there are reports that motorcycle on cruise control can travel as far as 600 meters, but that is not confirmed in this incident.
