Watch As Sachin Tendulkar Stops And Urges His Fans To Wear Helmet
Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar has posted a video on Twitter. In the video Sachin requests his fans to follow safety rules and wear helmet.
India has recorded the largest number of accidents every year globally. Despite the road safety campaigns across the country, the people are least concerned about basic safety rules.

Former Indian cricketer, also known as God of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar posted a video snippet on his Twitter account. Two boys were following his car riding a scooter without wearing a helmet. Finally, the boys managed to get a selfie with Sachin. After that, he asked the riders to wear a helmet and be safe on the road.
Sachin asked the boys to promise him that they would never ride without wearing a helmet. And the two boys did promise. Sachin also requested another rider to wear a helmet, who was following his car to catch a glimpse of Master Blaster.

According to World Health Organisation, two-wheeler riders without wearing a helmet are 40 percent more likely to suffer a head injury. In 2015, over 5 lakh road accidents were recorded across the country.

But despite safety awareness campaigns across the country, it is disappointing that riders do not follow the rules. But we hope these words from the God of Cricket will educate some riders about the importance of safety.
