Very First Bugatti Veyron Sold At Auction!
The very first Bugatti Veyron that was ever manufactured has been sold at the Monterey Auction for USD 1,815,000!
The car is finished in a dark red and black paint job and rides on multi spoke wheels finished in silver.
The car has done just 1,230 km from the time it was bought and has also had a service recently. Along with this, was also another Veyron Super Sport model that sold for USD 2.31 million.
Taking a quick look at the vehicle's history, it was first produced in the year 2005 and recently ended production, with the last car being the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse.
It is powered by a W16, quad turbo engine and the very first model had 1000 horsepower under its hood. Driving its permanent all-wheel drive system is a 7-speed DSG sequential transmission.
The company is already developing the Veyron's successor, which might be called the Chiron, and may launch any time soon.
