Vespalogy Animated Video: Vespas Through The Ages
Piaggio only recently introduced a new Vespa model, the 125VX, in India and already, there is talk of higher end Vespa scooter entering India. While the ‘wasp' inspired scooter is a premium offering, it is perhaps the most loved and the most recognised scooter brand in the world. Driven by the common man and celebrities/the rich alike.
So, what makes people love Vespas? For many it is the classic design, while for a younger crowd, it is the perfect balance between contemporary and classic. Vespa scooters also have their trademark design, which has in fact set a standard for all modern scooters, and could be seen as derivatives of the original Vespa scooter design.
The original Vespa itself has gone through a lot of changes in the past 50 years. The modern Vespa 946 is the result of a ‘natural' selection. On the 50th anniversary of the original Vespa 50cc scooter French based graphic design company NOMOON has created a beautiful tribute animated video, showcasing the evolution of the iconic scooter.
