Jawa Perak launch highlights. Jawa Motorcycles has launched its latest product offering in the Indian market, with the Perak. The factory-custom bobber-style Jawa Perak is priced at Rs 1.94 lakh, ex-showroom (Delhi). The motorcycle was first showcased at the launch of the Jawa and Jawa 42 motorcycles, held exactly one year back.
The Jawa Perak offers a design, very different from any other model in its segment. The bobber-style motorcycle offering from Jawa Motorcycles is powered by a slightly more powerful engine compared to the current two models on sale in the Indian market — here are more details.
The Jawa Perak comes with a 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine, producing 30bhp and 31Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox. The motorcycle comes with conventional telescopic forks at the front with a mono-shock suspension set-up at the rear.
