Yamaha Fascino S 2024 Model Unveils New 'Answer Back' Feature

Yamaha Motor India has introduced the new S variant of the Fascino 125, featuring a new 'Answer Back' function. This model is available in Matte Red and Matte Black colours priced at Rs. 93,730 and Dark Matte Blue at Rs. 94,530 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Technological Addition

The 'Answer Back' function helps owners locate their scooter by activating both side indicators and the horn for two seconds.To use this feature, users must install the 'Yamaha Scooter Answer Back' app from Google Playstore or App Store and press the answer back option on the app.

Existing Features Remain

The new Fascino S retains features like the silent starter and automatic start-stop function with Normal and Traffic modes.The technical specifications of the 2024 Fascino S remain unchanged, powered by a 125cc, air-cooled engine that produces 8.04bhp and 10.3Nm.

Specifications and Features

The scooter has a fuel tank capacity of 5.2 litres and weighs 99 kg (kerb). It uses a 12-10 inch alloy wheel combination, with front telescopic forks and a rear monoshock suspension.

The braking system includes a front disc and a rear drum brake, with the most affordable variant having drum brakes at both ends.

Market Competitors

The 2024 Yamaha Fascino S competes with the Suzuki Burgman Street 125, Honda Activa 125, TVS Jupiter 125, and Hero Destini 125. The Fascino S is available in three variants: Drum, Disc, and S.

The Drum variant starts at Rs 79,900, the Disc variant at Rs 91,130, and the S variant starts at Rs 93,730 for Matte Red or Matte Black, with Dark Matte Blue at Rs 94,530 (all ex-showroom, Delhi).
