CEAT ISRL Final Round: Bangalore to Witness High-Flying Action

DriveSpark attended the CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League (ISRL) press conference today. The ISRL is ready for its grand finale in Bangalore on February 25th, marking the end of its historic first season.

After some great races in Pune and Ahmedabad, the CEAT ISRL has made a significant impact on India's motorsports scene. Showcasing the skill and talent of riders, the inaugural season has established India as a global hub for Supercross.

Leading teams like Bigrock Motorsports, BB Racing, and Mohite’s Racing Team, who have battled fiercely in the previous rounds, will bring their best to Bangalore for the ultimate showdown. With six franchise teams and 48 riders from across the globe, competiting across various categories, including 450cc international riders, 250cc international riders, 250cc India-Asia mix, and the highly competitive 85cc junior class.

Mr. Veer Patel, Co-founder & Director of the CEAT Indian Supercross Racing League, expressed his excitement for the grand finale, highlighting the league's remarkable journey and India's emergence as a force in Supercross.

The CEAT ISRL, accredited by the FMSCI, has drawn global attention with its special franchise format, bringing in over 100 riders worldwide. Apart from thrilling races, the league has added music events, pulling in attractions from beyond the track.

Bangalore, known for its vibrant culture and passionate sporting community, is excited to host the grand finale and provide the perfect stage for the climax of the inaugural season.

During the press conference, DriveSpark inquired about ISRL's plans to introduce a women's category. ISRL responded affirmatively, stating that it is indeed their intention, and as soon as there is sufficient talent, they will implement a women's category.
