Hero Xtreme 250 R Teased Before EICMA Unveil: Follows Design Of Xtunt 2.5R
Hero is set to showcase another motorcycle at EICMA which is based on the 2.5R Xtunt bike. This is another 250cc motorcycle that they will include in their lineup. The teaser of this has also been revealed on their social media handles.
Hero Xtreme 250R Design And Inspiration
The design of the motorcycle is aggressive and sporty, suiting the cues of stunt bikes. Design elements have been taken from the 2.5 Xtunt concept motorcycle which was displayed last year at EICMA. The new model could be the first Hero Xtreme 250R.
At the front, we get an LED headlamp unit that is placed inside a neatly designed cowl. The headlamp comes with a DRL unit in the shape of Hero's "H". Moving on to the fuel tank, we see a more sculpted and tougher design, making the motorcycle much more bold. The rear section of the motorcycle is a lot more streamlined and thinner than the front-end, bringing an eye-catching contrast.
Hero Xtreme 250R Hardware
While the chassis is still unknown to us, the suspension duties will be taken care of by an upside down fork in the front and a monoshock at the rear.

Powering the Hero Xtreme 250R bike will be a 250cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine. Power figures have currently not been revealed, but it is likely to produce around 28bhp and 25Nm of torque. The Hero stunt bike will come with 17-inch alloy wheels and disc brakes at the front and rear.
In terms of features, the Hero Xtreme 250R will get all LED lighting and a digital instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity through bluetooth. This motorcycle could share the cluster with the XPulse 210's TFT.

Hero Xtreme 250R Competition
For competition, the Hero Xtreme 250R will go up against the likes of the KTM Duke 250 and Husqvarna Vitpilen 250. We can expect pricing to fall within the 2 Lakh and 2.2 Lakh mark and could go up on sale in the first few months of 2025.
