February 2024 Witnesses a Surge in Motorcycle Sales in India: Top 10 Revealed
The Motorcycle industry is at an all-time high with brands from around the world establishing themselves in the Indian Domestic market. The high demand for scooters and bikes ranging from 50cc mopeds to 1000cc super-bikes and more creates the perfect industry for Motorcycle manufacturers.
The top 10 motorcycles sold in February 2024 experienced a YoY growth of 36.42% with 7,95,663 units sold when compared to February 2023 which had 5,83,239 units sold.

Hero Splendor (2,77,939 units)
Topping the chart with a 34.93% share of the top 10 list, with 2,77,939 units sold in just the one month of February 2024, which is a -3.70% decrease on sales when compared to the YoY sales of 2,88,605 units in February 2023.
Honda Shine (1,42,763 units)
Second on the list, is the Honda Shine with 1,42,763 units sold. This is an incredible 301.09% increase in YoY sales for Honda when compared to the 35,594 units sold in February 2023. The Honda Shine holds 17.94% of the top 10 charts.

Bajaj Pulsar (1,12,544 units)
In third place, the Bajaj Pulsar holds 14.14% of the top 10 chart having sold 1,12,544 units in February 2024. When compared to the 80,106 units sold in February 2023, Bajaj had a 40.49% increase in YoY sales.
Hero HF Deluxe (76,138 units)
Hero’s second bike on the list, with a 9.57% share of the top 10 charts, is the Hero HF Deluxe which sold 76,138 units in February 2024. Taking home fourth place on the list and a 35.26% growth in YoY sales when it is compared to February 2023.

TVS Raider (42,063 units)
TVS is making its entry onto the list in fifth place with 5.29% of the top 10 chart and 42,063 units of the Raider sold. This is a 38.61% increase in sells for TVS on the Raider when compared to the 30,346 units sold in February 2023.
TVS Apache (34,593 units)
TVS holds the sixth spot as well with the Apache which sold 34.593 units in February 2024. This is a -0.98% decrease in sells when compared to the 34,935 units sold in February 2023, however, the Apache still holds a 4.35% share of the chart.

Hero Passion (31,302 units)
In seventh place, holding 3.93% of the top 10 list, with a 574.61% increase in sales the Hero Passion sold 31,302 units in February 2024 with a difference of 26,662 units when compared to the 4,640 units sold in February the previous year.
Bajaj Platina (28,718 units)
The Bajaj Platina sold 28,718 units in February 2024 and accounts for 3.61% of the top 10 chart. This is a 20.04% increase in sales for Bajaj when compared to February 2023 which has 23,923 units sold.

Royal Enfield Classic 350 (28,310 units)
At number nine with 3.56% of the top 10 list, we have the Royal Enfield Classic 350, which had an increase in sales when compared to February 2023. 28,310 units of the Classic 350 were sold in February 2024 which is 3.09.% more than the 27,461 units sold in the previous year.
Honda Unicorn (21,293 units)
The Honda Unicorn at number 10 has experienced the largest growth in sales, with 21,293, units being sold in February 2024 as compared to the 1,339 units sold the previous year which is a massive 1490.22% increase in YoY sales.
