Honda Shine 100 DX Unveiled - Bookings Start August 1
Honda has unveiled the Shine 100 DX commuter motorcycle. The Honda Shine 100 DX is a more premium offering compared to the standard Shine 100. Bookings for the all-new Honda Shine 100 will start on August 1.
The Shine 100 DX features an updated LCD instrument cluster and bold, refreshed graphics. it also features a redesigned headlamps with chrome garnish, a wider fuel tank and four vibrant colour options: Pearl Ingenous Black, Imperial Red Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, and Geny Gray Metallic.

Mechanically, the Shine 100DX is built around a sturdy steel frame supported by a telescopic fork at the front and twin shock absorbers (with 5 steps of adjustment) at the rear. The new Shine 100 DX rides on 17-inch alloy wheels shod with tubeless tyres and offers 168mm of ground clearance.
The heart of the Shine 100 DX is its 98.98cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which delivers 7.28bhp at 7,500rpm and 8.04Nm of torque at 5,000rpm. This power is managed through a 4-speed gearbox, offering riders a blend of efficiency and performance suitable for daily commuting and leisure rides alike.
Speaking at the unveiling which also saw the reveal of the CB125 Hornet, Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said, "Today marks an important chapter in HMSI's journey in India.
