Raider 125 Vs Xtreme 125R Vs CB125 Hornet Vs Pulsar N125: GST 2.0 Price Comparison
The revised GST structure has reduced the tax rate on motorcycles under 350cc from 28 percent to 18 percent, making bikes in the 125cc segment significantly more affordable.
Popular models like the TVS Raider 125, Honda CB125 Hornet, Hero Xtreme 125R and Bajaj Pulsar N125 have all benefited from notable price reductions. That said, here's the latest price comparison of all these models.

Honda CB125 Hornet
The Honda CB125 Hornet now starts at Rs 1.03 lakh, following a price cut of Rs 9,229 from its earlier price of Rs 1.12 lakh. It remains the most feature-rich offering in this class, being the only bike to offer a USD fork, TFT display and single-channel ABS as standard. Powering it is a 123.94cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 11.1hp and 11.2Nm, offering a refined and engaging riding experience.
Bajaj Pulsar N125
Bajaj's Pulsar N125 now starts at Rs 91,692, with the top variant priced at Rs 93,158. Both variants get a front disc brake, with the higher-spec version offering Bluetooth connectivity through its digital console. Its 124.6cc engine produces 12hp and 11Nm, making it the most powerful among its peers. However, neither variant is equipped with ABS, which could be a drawback for some buyers.
Hero Xtreme 125R
The Hero Xtreme 125R is now priced at Rs 91,116 for the base non-ABS model and Rs 94,504 for the ABS-equipped variants, after a price reduction of up to Rs 8,010. It features an LED headlight, Bluetooth-enabled digital console and single-channel ABS on the top trims. The bike is powered by a 124.7cc engine delivering 11.5hp and 10.5Nm, striking a balance between performance and efficiency.
TVS Raider 125
The TVS Raider 125 range now starts at Rs 80,500 for the base drum brake variant, down from Rs 87,625. The newly introduced dual-disc variant with single-channel ABS is priced at Rs 93,800, making it the most affordable ABS-equipped motorcycle in India. The top-end model, featuring a TFT display, is priced at Rs 95,600. All variants are powered by a 124.8cc engine producing 11.2hp and 11.2Nm.
DriveSpark Thinks
Among these, the TVS Raider remains the most affordable, though its base variant misses out on premium features like ABS and a front disc brake. The top-end Raider still offers excellent value with its dual-disc setup and TFT display at Rs 95,600. The Bajaj Pulsar N125 leads in performance figures but lacks ABS, while the Honda CB125 Hornet justifies its higher price with superior build quality and premium components.
The GST revision has effectively narrowed the price gap between top-spec variants across these models, making the 125cc motorcycle segment more competitive and accessible. For buyers, the choice now depends more on brand preference, design appeal and specific features than on pricing alone.
