Design

In these two bikes, the Himalayan 450 has a larger wheelbase and ground clearance. The TVS RTX 300 is taller with a high seat height, and both have similar kerb weight. But the Himalayan 450 wins here because it has a larger fuel tank of 17 litres, making it optimal for adventure rides. TVS misses out as the RTX 300 only has a small 12.5-litre fuel tank.

Both bikes use single-cylinder liquid-cooled engines, but the Himalayan has more power and torque compared with the TVS Apache RTX 300. Despite being 150cc less, the RTX 300 shines with higher rpm levels than the Himalayan.
