ZELIO E Mobility, a prominent name in India's electric vehicle sector, has made a significant move to boost consumer confidence and enhance the post-sale experience. Starting April 1, 2025, the company will offer a 2-year warranty on every model of its electric two-wheelers and three-wheelers, including e-rickshaws. This comprehensive warranty underscores ZELIO's dedication to delivering high-quality, reliable products and marks a milestone in customer-focused innovation.
This warranty policy encompasses crucial components of ZELIO’s electric two-wheelers, such as the motor, controller, and chassis, covering popular models like the X-Men, Gracy, Eeva, and Mystery. It extends similarly to the three-wheeler segment, safeguarding the chassis of the Tanga Butterfly and Tanga SS models under the same 2-year plan. This all-encompassing warranty is a permanent fixture of ZELIO's offer, unrestricted by time or customer count, and comes without any mileage limitations.

Seamless Warranty Claims and Expansion Plans
ZELIO has revolutionized the warranty claim process by making it entirely paperless, simplifying the procedure for customers. Under this system, customers can easily send back the faulty parts and expect replacement within just three working days. This policy is also designed with future transactions in mind; if the vehicle changes hands during the warranty period, the subsequent owner will inherit the remaining warranty, ensuring continuous coverage. ZELIO supports this warranty with a widespread network of over 400 authorized dealerships and service centers across India, planning an expansion to 1,000 by the end of 2025.
