Bajaj Planning 8 New Motorcycles for 2026 — New Pulsars, ADV Bike & 350cc Model Incoming?

Bajaj Auto is reportedly preparing an aggressive product expansion strategy for 2026, with plans to launch up to eight new motorcycles. The upcoming lineup is expected to include a new 125cc range, fresh sub-brands, an adventure motorcycle, and multiple updates to the existing Pulsar portfolio. With these launches, Bajaj aims to introduce new nameplates while significantly strengthening its presence across segments.

Bajaj Plans New Motorcycles for 2026

Bajaj is already one of India's leading motorcycle manufacturers, and the company appears set to accelerate its growth this year. Managing Director Rajiv Bajaj recently confirmed in a CNBC-TV18 interview that several new products are in development, indicating a major expansion plan for the brand.

One of the biggest highlights will be an update to the iconic Pulsar lineup. The Pulsar range is expected to move to a new platform that could underpin 125cc, 150cc, and 220cc motorcycles, bringing updated styling, improved engineering, and modern technology. In addition, Bajaj is also believed to be working on an all-new sub-brand that may debut with 125cc and 250cc powertrains, targeting a wider range of buyers.

The company is also likely to enter the adventure motorcycle segment with a new ADV model, potentially featuring a larger-capacity engine. Currently, Bajaj sells motorcycles under multiple brands, including Pulsar, Dominar, KTM, Husqvarna, and Triumph, further strengthening its footprint.

Reports also suggest that Bajaj is developing a new 350cc motorcycle designed to fall under the revised GST 2.0 taxation slab. This new engine platform is expected to be shared with KTM and Triumph models and could arrive as early as April 2026, marking an important step in platform-sharing across partner brands.

The Pune-based manufacturer continues to play a significant role in both domestic and international markets. Introducing multiple new motorcycles will not only expand Bajaj's portfolio but also help the company stay aligned with evolving consumer preferences and market trends. These upcoming models are also expected to introduce new technologies, improved performance, and enhanced rider-focused features.

Bajaj Auto has also established a strong presence in the electric mobility space with its Chetak EV scooters. Additionally, reports indicate that the company is developing a new EV platform capable of supporting both electric scooters and motorcycles, signalling a broader long-term electrification strategy.

Despite its extensive lineup, Bajaj currently lacks a dedicated adventure or off-road-focused motorcycle. Its flagship model, the Dominar 400, primarily serves as a highway tourer. As a result, expectations are high for a new adventure motorcycle from Bajaj this year, which could either carry the Pulsar nameplate or debut as an entirely new model line.
