Suzuki eAccess Available With Rental Plans – Ride the ₹1.88 Lakh EV Without Buying It
Suzuki has introduced a new rental and subscription plan for its customers in partnership with Royal Brothers Bike Rentals. These rental services will be provided with the eAccess electric scooter and will be rolled out across key cities, including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Visakhapatnam, Bhubaneswar, Jaipur, and Gurugram.
Suzuki eAccess Available for Rentals
Bengaluru-based Royal Brothers Rentals will offer rental and subscription options for the eAccess. Customers can opt for flexible plans ranging from 24 hours to 1 year. The eAccess is the first electric two-wheeler in Suzuki's Indian lineup.

Suzuki recently launched the electric Access in India at a starting price of ₹1.88 lakh (ex-showroom). The EV scooter claims a maximum range of 95 km and a top speed of 71 km/h. It is now available through rental and subscription services. It is expected that other models, such as the ICE Access, Gixxer, Burgman, and Avenis, could follow under similar plans in the future.
The eAccess is powered by a 3.07 kWh battery pack, producing 4.1 kW of power and 15 Nm of torque. It also supports fast charging, allowing the battery to charge from 0 to 80 per cent in 1 hour and 12 minutes. Safety features include an underbone frame, alloy wheels, front disc brake, tubeless tyres, telescopic front forks, swingarm-type rear coil spring suspension, and full LED lighting.

On the technology front, the scooter comes equipped with a Synchroised Throttle system, keyless operation, Suzuki Drive Mode Selector, multi-function starter switch, USB charging port, colour TFT display, hazard switch, and Answer Back Function.
The Suzuki eAccess is positioned among the higher-priced electric scooters in the Indian market. It also offers a comparatively lower range, features and power than some of its key rivals, including TVS Motor Company, Bajaj Auto, Ather Energy, and Ola Electric.
However, introducing rental and subscription plans for the e-scooter could help Suzuki expand its reach quickly. This approach allows customers to experience the eAccess without committing to the full purchase price, potentially attracting more buyers in the long run.
