Yamaha FZ - 9 New Colours Added To Range
The Yamaha FZ range in India, which consists of the FZ-16, the FZ-S and the Fazer have received new colours. In total, from all three variants, there are now 9 colours to choose from.
Apart from the visual update the Yamaha FZ range remains unchanged. The motorcycle continues to be powered by the well refined single-cylinder, air-cooled, 153cc engine that outputs 14 PS power at 7,500 rpm and 14 Nm torque at 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a f-speed transmission.
Despite the update this is not the 2014 version of the FZ range. That is expected to arrive only by around the festival season. The 2014 Yamaha FZ has been spotted testing and from that we know that it will come with a new air intake at the front, a redesigned rear end featuring a revised taillight and fender.
It is also rumoured that the 153cc engine powering new Yamaha FZ is the same as the existing; however, one that will be tweaked to put out more power and torque.
